2. From the printed application select your plan
-- first time, reduced rate or prior member
renewal.

Calculate your annual dues per the printed application.
4. If you are not a first time member
and you are on our standard plan, determine how you wish to pay. You
may pay the entire annual amount or forty percent (40%) of the
annual amount per the application instructions. If you pay forty
percent, the balance will be billed in three quarterly installments.
