		Our systems are installed on a standard 
		90-day warranty and after the warranty a preferred maintenance program 
		is available to cover all software issues and routine product updates.  
		Our preferred maintenance is easily affordable and includes 
		support and standard system upgrades.   
		Service is available from 8 AM TO 6 PM 
		five days a week and from 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturday.  Our support 
		uses modern remote connection technology that allows us to connect 
		directly to our customer's computer for rapid resolution of their issue.  
		Our customers normally get a resolution to their issues in minutes --
