The Assistant system and service are
great. Especially the service! Over the years when we have occasionally experienced computer problems like
viruses and hardware failures, that are not related to the Assistant, the people at The Genesis Group
have always been quick to help us out. They make a special effort to
be sure we do not loose customer data when moving to new computers
and work with our techs to be sure the transition is flawless and
fast. We highly recommend the Assistant to anyone who is looking for a
reliable and easy to use system for their business.

Our

We installed the
Payday Assistant when it was first introduced back in 2003. Since
then we have
installed the companion Title Loan Assistant module. Before the
Assistant, we used one of the big software companies for years.
Their product and the service was terrible. We pulled it out and
installed The Assistant and have never looked back. They understand our
business and solve our problems when we call, which is not often. We
highly recommend the Assistant because of the product and the service.
We don’t believe there is a better product for our industry at any
price.
