Now, this is one very well done web site.  Too bad they are on the other side!  This also has all the markings of a CRL!  And if you have any doubts about the strength, connections and power of CRL go here and here.

 

Frankly, it is a very creative, media savvy way to blast the industry as reported in this article or as seen here in the New York Times.  Anyone who does not believe there is big money behind this and CRL is just dead wrong.  Why do people like this spend so heavily on getting their message out in the press?  If they want to see us go away, seems they would just hire more lobbyists and be done with it.  Maybe there is something to this press thing.

 

Anyway, they (CRL) have recently added an ex-Washington Post and LA Times financial reporter who has covered financial services for many years to their full time staff.  This person is well known and respected by the main stream media.  This is no lite-weight addition to CRL.  Now really, do they honestly believe the press action will ultimately have an effect on legislation and court decisions?  Ummmm....

 

There are tremendous resources behind all of this press effort and it is there for a reason!
