In advance of hearings in the House this week (scroll
down), our adversaries are working hard and smart.  In
						particular, they do not like
Representative Gutierrez's national payday loan bill.
						See what they say

here.  He is getting attention from groups he
may not have expected in Washington (click here
						for more on the Representative
						Gutierrez
						or

						They want

Durbin's bill along with the 36% rate cap.  The
alliance against our industry, which includes ACORN,
						is noteworthy!

There is something else that is noteworthy.  Notice
how the consumer groups have thrown away their
differences and are now cooperating fully among
themselves as a group?  They are solely focused on
our demise.  They are also working together as a
cohesive, single entity representing a large group of constitutes (voters).  That's a smart idea.
Do you think they may be communicating and coordinating
their efforts among themselves?  That's another
smart idea.  Perhaps we can learn.
